Natura Naturans

from Metamorphoses (a retrospective) by yugenro

/

about

I was reading a *lot* of Alan W. Watts in the mid-80s, and this track's lyrics and title are based on one of my favorite books of his, "Nature, Man, and Woman."

lyrics

We see with double vision
Searching with such vigor
As to focus on details from a distance

And missing the periphery of consciousness
Supposedly where the rest of the world exists
